gazpacho !!

For the first time in more than 10 days, I will update the blog!
I will continue again from today,thank you very much!

and from today, a lunch of soup was changed to "gazpacho"!
Tomato base of the Spanish-style cold soup.
Birthplace of southern Spain, Andalusia.
prefer to summer heat prevention.
perfect much now in Saigon!

the early bird gets the worm

this morning, I got up early and went to nice meeting....
Japanese word "ASAKATSU" means "morning session"

I got some nice tips during only 45 min. so nice !
after that, went to workout & work as Zumba instructor..
getting good things in the morning makes great day for me !
